At DM-EIGHT, we are redefining the design landscape through our unwavering dedication to creativity and individual empowerment. Our mission is centered around three foundational pillars:

🔸 Headhunting for Companies: In the ever-evolving world of design, connecting with the right talent can be transformative. We specialize in precision talent acquisition, matching exceptional designers with companies that appreciate their unique perspectives. Our focus goes beyond mere recruitment; we prioritize professional growth and well-being for every individual we partner with.

🔸 Career Coaching for Designers: Elevating your professional identity starts with tailored support. We provide bespoke coaching and mentorship for designers at all stages, helping them refine their portfolios, enhance their branding, and optimize their CVs. Our goal is to unlock each designer’s unique potential and help them thrive in a competitive market.

🔸 Design Consulting for multiple industries: Robotics, Mobility, Healthcare, and Automotive: We help companies transform ideas into impactful products through strategic design. By combining creativity, technology, and human-centered thinking, we guide projects from concept to execution, delivering solutions that are both innovative and functional across robotics, mobility, healthcare, and automotive industries.
