Jonathan Lavers

Jonathan Lavers is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in growth investment and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director and Head of Origination at Synova since December 2017, Jonathan focuses on providing bespoke solutions through a range of investment transactions, typically involving amounts between £15m and £150m. Concurrently, since June 2021, Jonathan holds the role of Investment Manager at DM Financial, working on M&A strategy as a Board Observer for the portfolio company. Previous roles include Senior Associate and Associate at Korn Ferry from September 2014 to December 2017, and Associate at Skillcapital from March 2013 to September 2014. Jonathan Lavers obtained a degree from the University of Bristol and completed education at Eton College.
