D & M King General Contractor LLC is a Louisiana-based (Metairie and surrounding areas) construction company specializing in new construction, full-scale renovations, and strategic project execution for both homeowners and real estate investors.
We began with a focus on custom home builds and have since expanded into a wide range of residential work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, interior and exterior renovations, and full property transformations.
Our experience working on our own investment properties, as well as alongside local investors, gives us a unique perspective on construction. We understand not only how to build, but how to build with purpose, efficiency, and long-term value in mind.
From ground-up construction to renovation projects, we prioritize clear communication, practical solutions, and quality craftsmanship. Whether the goal is creating a forever home or delivering a profitable investment, we approach every project with the same level of care and attention to detail.
At D & M King, we believe construction is more than just building structures, it’s about creating spaces that serve real people and real goals.
