D&M Property Group is an award winning Midlands based construction and property development group delivering residential and commercial projects through a structured, development led model.

Established in 2008, we evolved from specialist trade roots into a professionally structured organisation combining:

Our group structure allows us to manage projects end to end, from feasibility and planning through to build delivery and exit strategy, maintaining control over programme, cost and quality.

Unlike traditional contractors, we build and develop our own projects as well as for clients and investors. This dual perspective gives us deeper understanding of risk, funding, commercial viability and long term value.

In 2025, we were proud to be named Construction of the Year (Midlands), alongside previous recognition including Highly Commended for Kitchen Project, Loft Conversion Specialist, and Residential Contractor awards.

D&M Building Services operates as our dedicated construction division, delivering residential and commercial works with a CSCS registered, PASMA trained and NVQ qualified workforce.

We are proud members of the Federation of Master Builders and TrustMark accredited, reflecting our commitment to professional standards and responsible delivery.
