In December 2020, they earned a Professional Certificate in GDPR from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM). Chanelle further expanded their knowledge by obtaining the Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading from NCFE in April 2021. Finally, Chanelle E. is currently pursuing the CIPP/E certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, with an expected completion date in April 2023.
