In 2014, they were appointed as VP Global FX Liquidity & Distribution at 7Hedge Limited. In 2015, they founded and became Chief Operations Officer at DMALINK\u00ae. In 2020, they co-founded and became Chief Operations Officer at DeFinity. In 2022, they became Chief Operations Officer at Crculus.

Ashwind G. S. began their educational journey in 1990 when they attended Royal College, Curepipe and obtained an A-Level, University of Cambridge in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General Paper, and French. In 1997, they graduated from the University of Mauritius with a B.Eng(Hon) in Mechanical Engineering. From 2004 to 2008, they attended the University of Birmingham and obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA. From 2006 to 2007, they attended the University of Greenwich and obtained an MSc Financial Management. In 2009 to 2010, they attended the Society of Technical Analysts and obtained an STA Diploma in Society of Technical Analysts. Lastly, in 2010, they obtained an ACCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Accounting.
