We are a law firm founded with the vision to provide legal services to our clients, domestic and foreign companies, of the highest international standards, while at the same time always having in mind the uniqueness of the local context. We are guided by the idea that our main task is not to identify legal problems, but to provide our clients with solutions adapted to their industries and corporate culture. That is why our lawyers are not only the top legal experts, but also people who possess fundamental understanding of the industries and businesses of the clients they represent. We believe in building long-standing and profound relationships with our clients and in being our client’s trusted advisors in all stages of development of their businesses.
Since our establishment, we have successfully represented and advised foreign and domestic companies in the field of corporate, competition and labor law and participated in M&A projects and transactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. Our clients include financial institutions, global corporations and funds, so our expertise also includes regulatory compliance, with focus on banking and finance, e-commerce and data protection. We represent our clients in disputes before local and international courts and arbitrations, focusing on commercial litigation and dispute resolution mechanisms.
