Cal Conlon

Cal Conlon has a robust background in underground mining operations, currently serving as an Underground Supervisor at DMC Mining Services since September 2025. Prior to this role, Cal held positions as an Underground Supervisor at Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd. from November 2023 to October 2025 and as an Underground Superintendent at Kiewit from February 2023 to November 2023. Cal also gained extensive experience as an Underground Supervisor with REDPATH MINING from March 2021 to February 2023 and at Cementation Canada from June 2017 to December 2020. Additionally, Cal served as a Mine Superintendent at Golden Dawn Minerals from September 2017 to July 2019 and as a Shift Boss at Procon Mining and Tunnelling in late 2012.
