Jonathan "Lewis" Williams is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in workforce development, training, and advanced manufacturing processes. Currently employed at DMC POWER, Lewis previously held key roles at Atlantic Track & Turnout Co., where responsibilities included managing employee training and apprenticeship programs, and at Shelby County Schools, where Lewis developed the Machining Technology program. Lewis's career includes positions at reputable companies such as Wright Medical and Smith & Nephew, focusing on engineering support and tooling design.
