Raphael Castro

Raphael Castro is currently serving as the Coordenador de Políticas e Estratégias de Recuperaçao de Crédito at DM since November 2023, overseeing teams that manage analytics and digital channels to develop communication strategies and negotiation flows. Previously, Raphael held the same title at FortBrasil from August 2022 to October 2023. Raphael's career also includes significant experience at Digio as a Credit Specialist focused on credit policy development, including the creation of credit limit simulators and pre-approval campaigns. Prior positions included roles in collections and financial analysis at Omni Soluções Financeiras and Marisa Lojas Varejistas Ltda, where Raphael was involved in the development of performance indicators and automation of reporting processes. Raphael holds a degree in Technology in Analysis and Systems Development from Centro Universitário FIEO.
