James Tio possesses extensive experience in IT and systems management, currently serving as IT Systems Manager at DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants since July 2006, following roles as Senior Systems Administrator and Information Systems Specialist. Prior to this, James worked at eBay Inc. from April 2003 to July 2006 as a Business Systems Analyst focused on workforce management and also held positions as a Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Representative. James holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute (2002-2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines.
