Yi Ling Lin

Yi Ling Lin has a diverse work experience in various supply chain and purchasing roles. They are currently working as the Director of Supply Chain at DMF Lighting since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Pelican Products, Inc. from February 2012 to August 2020, holding positions such as Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing Supervisor, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. In these roles, they focused on improving vendor relationships, reducing costs, managing inventory levels, and handling purchase orders. Before joining Pelican Products, Inc., they worked as a Buyer at Charles Garnier Paris from 2011 to 2012, where they served as a liaison to the factory and managed high-value inventory. They also worked as a Purchasing Agent at United Pacific Industry from March 2008 to July 2011, where they managed vendor relationships, maintained inventory levels, and led product development. Additionally, they have experience as an Inside Sales representative at Strong Trading Inc in 2007 and as an Overseas Reporter at Macroview TV from 2004 to 2006.

Yi Ling Lin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University in 2006. Yi Ling then pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at Cal State Long Beach from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Lin has obtained various certifications in fields such as lighting design, artificial intelligence, nutrition and lifestyle in pregnancy, supply chain management, and project management from esteemed institutions including Parsons School of Design, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Stanford University.
