Scott Tunnell

Scott Tunnell is an experienced professional in the fields of mechanical engineering and HVAC systems, currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at California Polytechnic State University since January 2023, where Scott imparts industry knowledge regarding MEP systems to Structural Engineers. Since August 2022, Scott has held the position of Sales Engineer at DMG Corporation, focusing on HVAC equipment sales. Prior to this, Scott worked as the Director of Engineering at BMA Mechanical+ from June 2021 to August 2022, where a relocation to the Central Coast of California marked a significant life transition. Scott's extensive background includes a decade as a Partner and Mechanical Engineer at TETER Architects and Engineers, where responsibilities included business development and project management in the healthcare sector, as well as prior roles as Associate Project Manager at Syska Hennessy Group and Project Manager at Walsh Engineers. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University between 1994 and 1998.
