Jonathan Compton

Jonathan is a Dispute Resolution and Litigation partner based in Guildford. He is qualified both as a barrister and a solicitor, with his experience as an advocate strongly underpinning his commercial litigation work and employment practice. His practice is both domestic and international, and involves advising private individuals and commercial organisations of all sizes.

Jonathan works across areas of commercial dispute resolution including banking and finance, regulatory and anti trust/competition practice.

He is accredited as an Arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and also holds a master’s degree in competition law, a specialism greatly valued by many of the firm's commercial clients.
