Prashant Kumar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the IT services industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Dminds Solutions Inc., Prashant is responsible for the company's global IT services business and managing its valuation regarding growth, margin, and EBITDA. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Tavant, Prashant oversaw the global business in the Financial Technology Services vertical. Prashant has held key leadership roles at Cognizant, managing significant P&L for IT services in the mortgage sector, and has driven numerous large-scale projects for top banks in the U.S. Prior to this, roles at Wipro and Circuit City further showcased Prashant's expertise in account management and strategic project execution. Prashant holds an MBA in International Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
