Jacques Hermann Kouakou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, communication, and business management. Currently serving as the Responsable Marketing Digital et du Centre d'Appel du Ministère de la Construction, Du Logement, et de l'Urbanisme since October 2017, Jacques has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including as PDG of H-Consulting CI since April 2011. Past positions include Chargé de la communication interne et du Digital at the Centre de Promotion des Logements Sociaux, Consultant en affaires at AIS Group Africa, and Directeur Commercial et Marketing at Afrique Matin. Jacques has a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Pigier CI and a DSS in Négociation et Communication Multimédia from PIGIER Côte d'Ivoire.
