David M. Mitchell

David Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Currently serving as a Sr. Telecommunications Associate at Horrocks Engineers since January 2022, David's previous role as a Senior Executive at DMM Management spanned nearly three decades, during which responsibilities included construction and project management, quality assurance, and client relationship management for various wireless and telecommunications projects. David has directed client-serving teams to ensure project quality and consistency, established quality assurance programs, and worked with major clients such as Verizon Wireless, Apple, and AT&T. David is an alumnus of GateWay Community College.
