Michael Raddon

Michael Raddon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in marketing and communications. Michael started their career as a Crew Leader at Northerland Excavation, LLC in 1995 and then moved on to become a Staff Writer at Challenger School in 1998. At Challenger School, they were responsible for writing and editing marketing and communication materials and also taught writing classes to corporate and regional personnel.

In 2001, Michael joined Spectrum Engineers as a Public Relations Manager, where they wrote articles published in various publications and pitched articles to editors. Michael also researched, wrote, and placed media releases used by local, regional, and national publications. In 2012, they became the Marketing Manager at Spectrum Engineers, a role they held until 2015.

In 2012, Michael also worked as a Marketing Manager at Total Building Commissioning, where they continued their marketing responsibilities until 2015. In 2015, they joined Horrocks Engineers as an Associate Marketing Manager and is currently in that role.

Michael Raddon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2019, and "Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)" from the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), obtained in April 2009.
