Fatma Ziwar is the Department Manager of Continuous Improvement and Organizational Excellence (CIOE) at DMS, where they lead transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Since joining DMS in September 2022 as a Senior Software Development Engineer, Fatma has driven process optimization and data-driven decision-making while empowering cross-functional teams. They are currently pursuing a Diploma in Data Sciences and AI from Machinfy Academy. Fatma earned an Advanced Full-Stack Web Developer Nanodegree from EGY-fwd, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from PMI, and completed German language level B1 at ÄDK. At the German University in Cairo, Fatma contributed to the IT department by implementing new reporting tools and improving existing systems.
