Health Security Systems Australia (HSSA) is a division of DMTC, established in July 2021 to lead a range of capability uplift and R&D programs enhancing the protection of Australian Defence and civilian personnel from Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) threats, infectious diseases and pandemics. The Division also provides strategic analysis and advisory services relating to national health security.
