DMV is a Mexican group with over 40 years of experience working in the development and operation of mining projects in Northern Mexico.
Currently, the group is conformed by five divisions:
- DMV Minera - owner of three mines in operation in Guanaceví, Durango
- DMV Contratista - provides mining contractor services at the highest standards
- DMV Beneficiadora - owns and operates a 100 ton/day flotation plant
- DMV Maquinaria y Equipo - responsable for control and maintainance of the group's mining equipment
- DMV Consultores - consulting firm focused in advising companies, individuals and organizations in their mining related projects

This department manages recruitment, personnel development, and employee relations within the organization.

Human Resources

This department oversees the maintenance and operational efficiency of plant facilities.
