The Covid-19 situation pushed me to become an online trainer and that led into trying to offer a personalized fitness approach to more people globally, through an app that you can have with you on your phone, anywhere and anytime.

I enjoy eating good food without restrictions and going to the gym for enjoyment, not to punish myself for ‘the odd cheat meal’. I believe that “less is more” so I focus on quality workouts not the quantity of sessions or training for excessive hours. 

I want to help people, who are ready to priorities their health, to achieve their goals and get the results they want.
