Akeia Blue, MPH, MS, is a dedicated health communications professional and health equity strategist. With over eight years of leadership experience, Akeia has designed and implemented national health campaigns while advising senior executives on strategies to reduce disparities and improve health outcomes. Akeia currently serves as the Freelance Vice President of Client Experience at dna Communications, and the Health Communications Director at the National Minority Quality Forum. Akeia’s work emphasizes equity, clarity, and trust in healthcare, aiming to enhance patient health education and provider care delivery. Akeia is pursuing advanced degrees in Movement Science and Public Health at Barry University and The George Washington University, respectively.
