María Sofía Ballesteros

María Sofía Ballesteros has worked in the technology industry since 2004. María Sofía began their career at Proservis as a Programmer and Power Builder System Analyst. In 2008, they moved to Citibank Panamá as a Central America Aplication Logistic Manager, where they managed the complete portfolio of projects and applied the Life Cycle designed for the corporate framework. In 2013, they joined INFOAMERICA TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS as a Business Inteligence Consultant, where they were in charge of the Business Intelligence area. In 2017, they joined DNAMIC as a Business Analyst Manager (BI). In 2019, they moved to CreditForce as a Technical Application Support Manager. Finally, in 2022, they returned to DNAMIC as the Director of RR. HH.

María Sofía Ballesteros completed their Licenciatura en Ingenieria de Sistemas de Información at Universidad Latina de Panamá from 2005 to 2009. María Sofía then went on to complete a Posgrado en Alta Gerencia at the same university in 2011.
