Allison Regier

Allison Regier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and software engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services Engineering at DNAnexus since October 2020, Allison has held various roles including Principal Scientist and Manager and Sr Bioinformatics Scientist. Prior experience includes a position as Research Instructor at Washington University School of Medicine from November 2017 to September 2020 and Senior Scientist at The Genome Institute from August 2011 to November 2017, where responsibilities included leading the design and development of automated bioinformatics analysis and mentoring less experienced developers and students. Earlier in the career, Allison worked as a Software Engineer at Engenio, focused on developing graphical user interface software for storage systems.
