Kate Scott

Kate Scott has a background in the fields of nutrigenomics and personalized health. Kate co-founded DNApal.me Ltd in 2019, a personalized health app that combines DNA data with personal diet and lifestyle information to provide personalized advice and support for various health aspects. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Vitagen-X Ltd from 2017, where they focused on developing tests that incorporate DNA and lifestyle factors for improved health and well-being. Kate also served as Director at Ingeneius Health Ltd from 2015 to 2017, a start-up in the field of Nutrigenomics that provided genetic profile analysis, clinical testing, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice. Before their work in the health industry, they were an Associate Director at Alternative Capital Sources Ltd from 2008 to 2015, specializing in capital introduction and business development for various alternative investment strategies.

Kate Scott received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Media Studies from the University of Cape Town in 2000-2003. In 2013-2015, they attended the College of Naturopathic Nutrition in London, earning a DipNut degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist.
