Eugene has previously held the position of Head of Marketing and PR at Halyk Bank from August 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director at ForteBank from May 2017 to September 2017. From September 2017 to August 2018, they were the Head of Marketing and PR at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC). From May 2016 to May 2017, they were the Head of Marketing Department at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC). From September 2015 to June 2016, they were the Head of Cards Division at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC). Eugene has also served as the Deputy Head and Head of Marketing at [American Express](/org/american-express) from September 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they were the Senior Brand Marketing Manager at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC) from September 2010 to September 2012.

Andriy Pronchenko is the Chief Legal Officer at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Andriy was previously a Partner on Sabbatical at PwC Central & Eastern Europe from October 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Partner at PwC Tax&Legal Ukraine from July 2016 to January 2020, and Managing Partner, PwC Legal CEE from March 2017 to January 2020. Andriy Pronchenko has also been Director of Attorneys Association "PwC Legal" Ukraine from July 2007 to June 2016.

Gavin Crammond is the Head of Key Accounts Management at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Gavin has over 20 years of experience in the payments industry, specializing in omnichannel payment processing technology.

Gavin started their career in 2001 as a Senior Account Manager at Commidea Ltd. Gavin then moved to VeriFone in 2012 as a Partner Account Manager. In October 2012, they joined WorldPay as a Senior Sales Manager, Partner Development. Gavin was with WorldPay until October 2014 when they joined Optomany Limited as a Senior Business Development Manager. Gavin remained with Optomany until January of 2022 when they took their current role at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). 

Throughout their career, Gavin has been focused on delivering innovative, reliable, and secure solutions to the retail sector across all channels. Gavin is experienced in working with all major payment schemes and is certified by all major UK acquirers. Gavin’s solutions can operate as stand-alone payment systems or as an integrated part of retailers’ point of sale or e-commerce platforms.

Gavin Crammond attended the University of Plymouth, where they studied engineering. Gavin also attended Rainham Mark Grammar School.

Peter Renshaw is the current Head of SME Sales at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Peter has also previously served as the Founder of Inspire Payments, the Head of Sales at JGOO, and Regional Manager at [Retail Merchant Services](/org/retail-merchant-services-ltd). Peter has also been involved with ADVAM and WorldPay in the past, holding the title of Business Development UK/Europe and Regional Director- London respectively. Throughout their career, Peter has always been focused on helping businesses grow by providing innovative payment solutions. In their current role, they are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals who provide payment processing services to small and medium businesses in the United Kingdom.

Peter Renshaw has a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from [Liverpool John Moores University](/org/liverpool-john-moores-university) and a Diploma in Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.

Ryan Philo has been working in product development and management for over 20 years. Ryan started their career at Commidea Ltd in 1999, where they worked their way up to Head of Product Management. In 2012, they left Commidea to take on a new challenge as Head of Product at VeriFone. After less than a year in this role, they were promoted to Head of Product Innovation at Point International. In 2013, they left Point to join Optomany Limited as their Chief Product Officer. Ryan has been with [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group) since February 2021 and is currently their Chief Product Officer.

Nurlan Zhagiparov is the Co-Founder at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Nurlan has over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. 

Nurlan started their career at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC) in January 2002 as Managing Director and Member of the Management Board. In this role, they were in charge of Retail business, Cards, IT, and Innovations (Homebank.kz & Onlinebank.kz). 

In October 2017, Nurlan became Chairman of the Supervisory Board at First Credit Bureau. One year later, they took on the role of Deputy CEO and Member of the Management Board at Halyk Bank. In this role, they were in charge of Digital Banking (Homebank.kz & Onlinebank.kz), Transaction Banking, and Business Supervision of all subsidiary banks of Halyk Group. 

Nurlan left Halyk Bank in May 2019 to pursue their current role as Co-Founder at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group).

Laura Pettitt is the current Chief People Officer at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Laura has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Laura has a proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies that support business growth. 

Prior to joining [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group), Laura was the Global Head of Talent at [WorldRemit](/org/worldremit) where they were responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, learning and development, DEE&I and employee engagement. Laura has also held senior positions at [News UK](/org/news-uk), Insignis Consulting Ltd, [Sanderson](/org/sanderson), and Brand Biology. 

Laura is a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional with a passion for developing people and organizations. Laura is a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into people solutions. Laura is an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Laura Pettitt has an HND in Travel & Tourism from [Weston College](/org/weston-college) and CIPD qualifications. Laura also has a Level 7 in Organisational Design and Development from CIPD Qualifications.

Nathan James is the current Chief Technology Officer at [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Prior to this, they were Head of IT at Optomany Limited from August 2014 to May 2022. Before that, they were SQA Manager at VeriFone from August 2011 to July 2014. Nathan James has also worked as a QA Team Leader at Commidea Ltd from October 2001 to August 2011.

Nathan James attended The Maplesden Noakes School and achieved a certification from the ISEB in the ISEB Foundation.

Their manager is Arif Babayev, Co-Founder. They work with Ryan Philo - Chief Product Officer, Andriy Pronchenko - Chief Legal Officer, and Vicki Kelson - Group Head of SME Portfolio.

Arif Babayev is the Co-Founder of [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group). Arif has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. 

Arif started their career as an intern at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2003. Arif then became an FX Trader and Salesperson. In 2006, they were promoted to Head of Treasury. 

In 2007, Arif left ABN AMRO Bank to join RBS as Deputy CEO and Management Board Member. Arif spent 6 years at RBS before moving to Kazkommertsbank in 2013 as MD and Management Board Member. 

In 2015, Arif was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. Arif served in this role for 2 years before joining [DNA Payments Group](/org/dna-payments-group) in 2017.

Arif Babayev has a Bachelor's degree in financial management from the Kazakh-American University.
