They have conducted safety briefings, coached staff, and ensured compliance with safety and quality standards. Previously, Ayaz worked at Air Arabia in various roles, including as a Passport and Visa Check agent and a Customer Service Resource Allocator, where they focused on document verification and performance monitoring. They are currently pursuing a degree at Dnata that will enhance their competency in their field.
