Chris Moran is an experienced culinary and retail management professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Manager of Retail Programs at dnata since September 2019, Chris has held various roles including Manager of Product & Performance Retail and Corporate Chef. Prior experience includes the position of Executive Chef at David Jones from December 2016 to September 2019 and Head Chef at San Telmo Restaurant from September 2011 to October 2016. Additionally, Chris worked as Sous Chef at both The Grand Hotel Richmond and Jacobs and Co. Steakhouse. Chris holds a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery from TAFE Queensland, completed from 2001 to 2005, and has received training from the Hospitality Training Association.
