Elena Ivanova

Elena Ivanova has extensive experience in operational and customer service roles within the aviation and finance sectors. Currently a Flight Officer at dnata since January 2013, Elena directs ground handling activities and ensures safety and compliance with company procedures. Previously, in a role as a Resource Allocator at dnata, responsibility included managing passenger service agents for check-in and boarding. At Emirates from July 2007 to January 2013, Elena served as a Senior Customer Relations Assistant, overseeing customer feedback systems to enhance service quality. Elena's career began at Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank, where a progression from Credit Analyst to Credit Controller demonstrated outstanding customer service and leadership skills. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute, earned between 1999 and 2003.
