Erwin Perez has extensive experience in customer service and sales, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at dnata since January 2012, Erwin has previously worked as a Customer Service Agent within the same company. Prior to dnata, Erwin held the position of Sales Executive focused on Hospitality and Turnkey Projects at Dubai Furniture Manufacturing Company from February 2010 to January 2012. Erwin's earlier roles include serving as a Sales & Marketing and AV Specialist at HARMAN International from December 2005 to February 2010, and as an ATM Center Specialist (Officer In-charge) at Robinsons Bank Corporation from August 1997 to June 2004. Erwin holds a Master of Science in Aviation Security Management from Edith Cowan University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science and Management from Central Colleges of the Philippines (1992-1997). Erwin completed secondary education at Juan Sumulong High School (1988-1992).
