Ibrahim Varol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational performance and management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Global Head of Operational Performance at dnata since January 2023, Ibrahim previously held the position of Operations Manager at DO&CO, where responsibilities included overseeing all operational departments and managing over 2,400 staff to support 1,000 flights and produce 200,000 meals daily.
