Karel Šůcha

Karel Šůcha is a Senior Manager of Consulting at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), where they lead aviation consulting projects in the Middle East and Africa. With previous experience as a Managing Consultant at Lufthansa Consulting and extensive roles in the airline industry, Karel has developed expertise in airline strategy, restructuring, and commercial processes. Karel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics in Prague and an Executive MSc. in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University. Currently, they are building a world-class aviation consulting practice at dnata within the Emirates Group.
