Laura Jones is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management across various industries, including aviation and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at dnata since May 2019, Laura supports the Australian Catering organization in enhancing customer experiences and operational excellence. As a Director at Phari Consulting since May 2015, Laura shares expertise in maximizing workforce potential, building on previous leadership roles at Virgin Australia, where significant achievements included partnering strategically for HR initiatives and driving the company’s rebranding efforts. Laura's background also includes serving as General Manager of Shared Services at UnitingCare Queensland and a Human Resources Manager at Geac.
