Lawrence DeMarco, CMA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for US Airport Operations at dnata since June 2025. Previous roles include Senior Director of GTM Finance at Sophos and Cloud Software Group, where significant contributions included rebuilding finance functions and creating new operational structures post-acquisition. At AdaptHealth, DeMarco held the position of Vice President, Divisional Finance, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for major acquisitions. A background in high-level finance roles includes tenure at Verizon, ADT, and Tyco, where achievements span financial planning, reporting automation, and M&A modeling. DeMarco holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida.
