Leon Croombs

Leon Croombs currently serves as the Service Design & Transition Lead at dnata since December 2023. Prior to this role, Leon held the position of Senior Service Design & Transition Portfolio Manager at Virgin Media O2 from June 2008 to October 2023, where management of the COO Portfolio for Service Transition encompassed Entertainment (TV), Connectivity (Broadband), and Consumer Solutions projects. Earlier experience includes serving as IS Service Manager at Ordnance Survey from July 2006 to June 2008, focusing on service level management, SLA negotiation, and KPI reporting, as well as working as IS Change and Problem Manager, where Leon oversaw change management processes and chaired the Change Advisory Board.
