Lima Sousa - Limbu has extensive experience in customer service and management within the aviation sector, having served as a Customer Service Supervisor at British Midland International and Air Atlantis, as well as Duty Controller roles at aviance UK and Penauille Servisair. Currently, Lima holds the position of Transport Duty Manager and Customer Duty Manager at dnata, alongside a long-term freelance role as an interpreter for Portuguese and Spanish with the Home Office. Educational qualifications include A levels from Escola Secondaria da Amora in Portugal, an HND in French Language and Literature from University Lyon ll Lumière, and a degree in Geography from Birkbeck, University of London.
