Lloyd Bayer

Lloyd Bayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the film industry and service delivery management. As a co-founder and film critic at Filmphoria since January 2014, Lloyd has been instrumental in liaising with local film distributors to promote Hollywood releases in Dubai, while also attending press screenings to provide published critiques. In addition, Lloyd has served as a Service Delivery Manager at dnata since August 1999, where responsibilities include managing manpower, resources, and equipment at Dubai International, ensuring high standards through effective planning and team leadership. Earlier in the career, Lloyd worked as a Sales Executive at Standard Chartered Bank from 1996 to 1999, focusing on customer acquisition in retail banking. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Aviation Security Management with Distinction from Edith Cowan University and a BA (HONS) in International Tourism Management from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
