Matt Kochiss is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as the Culinary Director for North America at dnata since February 2022, where responsibilities also include the role of Corporate R&D Chef. Prior to this, Matt spent nearly a decade at 121 Inflight Catering, rising to the position of General Manager and overseeing all aspects of aviation catering, including daily operations, production, quality, and logistics. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager and Executive Chef for dnata Private Aviation, Head Chef for Got Chef Gourmet Food Truck, and Executive Chef/Co-Owner at M&L Catering. Matt's culinary education was completed at the Center for Culinary Arts between 1998 and 2010.
