Matt Simonds is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the General Manager of dnata In-flight Catering in Nashville since October 2018, Matt oversees operations for VIP orders and various airlines. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at McKendery Village, managing meal production for over 1,600 daily in a care facility.
