Matt Simonds

Matt Simonds is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the General Manager of dnata In-flight Catering in Nashville since October 2018, Matt oversees operations for VIP orders and various airlines. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at McKendery Village, managing meal production for over 1,600 daily in a care facility. Matt also served as Executive Chef at Hilton Nashville Downtown, where responsibilities included budgeting and cost control for a large kitchen team, and previously as Executive Chef & Director of Food and Beverage at Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University, leading menu implementation and staff management for a sizable team.
