Michela Nava

Michela Nava is a Food Safety, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Security Country Manager at dnata, where they oversee critical aspects of food safety and quality assurance in accordance with industry standards. With extensive experience spanning from 1995 to 2023, they have conducted internal and external audits, managed vendor evaluations, and developed training programs related to food safety and hygiene. Prior to their current role, they held similar positions at Elior Italia and Ristochef - Gruppo Chef Italia. Michela is currently pursuing a degree in Food Science and Technology at the Università degli Studi di Milano.
