Patrice Carr is a National Training Manager at dnata, bringing over 20 years of experience in training, management, and leadership within the aviation sector. Previously, Patrice served as the In-Flight Training Manager at Jetstar Airways, where they successfully implemented the world's first Evidence Based Training (EBT) for cabin crew and redesigned the In-Flight Training program. Patrice has held various roles across multiple airlines, including Cabin Supervisor at Virgin Australia and Training Specialist at Emirates, while also teaching English as a Second Language at several institutions. With a strong focus on human factors in training, Patrice has built and led a passionate team of In-Flight Trainers committed to excellence in cabin training and checking.
