Shamraz Razick has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Department Officer and Subject Matter Expert at dnata since September 2013, where responsibilities include supervising aircraft loading operations and liaising with various departments to ensure efficient flight handling. Prior to this role, Shamraz was a Ramp Operations Team Leader and Ramp Coordinator at SriLankan Airlines from 2010 to 2013, leading a team to ensure safe and efficient ground handling services for aircraft.
