Simon Foster

Simon Foster is a results-driven manager with extensive experience in the postal industry. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation at dnata Catering UK, Simon previously held the position of Senior Asset Operations Manager at AWE. With a proven track record in continuous improvement and significant reductions in customer complaints, Simon has demonstrated strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning abilities throughout their career, including a notable tenure at Royal Mail as a QSI Manager and WCM Champion. Simon holds an MSc in Managing in Technology-Based Industries from the University of Warwick and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
