Steve Clark

Steve Clark is an experienced leader in training, learning, and development, currently serving as the Head of Global Training at dnata since May 2018, where key responsibilities include strategic development, compliance assurance, and the implementation of global standards. Prior to dnata, Steve worked as a Training Development Consultant at the United Nations World Food Programme, focusing on emergency preparedness training for crisis response teams, and held the position of Training Solutions Executive at BAE Systems, designing extensive training programs for personnel. With a solid military background as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy, Steve developed and implemented strategic training and competence management systems, led innovative training initiatives, and managed large multi-disciplinary teams. Steve holds a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Kent and two MSc degrees in Leadership and Management, and Training Management and Consultancy from the University of Portsmouth.
