Sumit Gera

Sumit Gera is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving at dnata since April 2018. Gera has previously held executive and sous chef positions at Alpha Flight Services from March 2010 to April 2018, as well as served as Head Chef at Elite Clubs Pvt Ltd between January 2007 and April 2009, managing a catering kitchen and Indian restaurant. Earlier experiences include roles as Chef De Partie at Tangalooma Island Resort and Junior Sous Chef at Taj Mahal Palace and Towers. Gera's career began as Chef De Partie at Taj Mahal Hotel in India, contributing to the pre-opening team of the Indian restaurant Masala Kraft. Gera possesses a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Delhi University.
