Umar Farooq Khan

Umar Farooq Khan is an experienced O&M Specialist currently employed at dnata since June 2024, focusing on system maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and cargo handling equipment. Previously, Umar worked as an Operation & Maintenance Electrical Engineer at Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics from April 2022 to July 2024, ensuring efficient baggage handling operations and performing maintenance on various electrical systems and equipment. Prior to that, Umar served as an Electrical Supervisor at Rehman Textiles from July 2019 to December 2021, overseeing electrical work and troubleshooting issues. Umar began a professional journey as an Internship Trainee at the National Transmission & Dispatch Company (NTDC) in Pakistan from January 2018 to February 2019. Umar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Technology from Abasyn University Peshawar and a Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electrical Technology from the Board of Technical Education Peshawar.
