Joan Robbins

Joan Robbins is a highly experienced professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as a Scientific Advisor at ServareGMP since 2020, focusing on the development of biologic medicines for underserved diseases. Previously, Joan held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Translational Research at DNAtrix, Vice President of Translational Research at Tocagen Inc., and Senior Vice President of Biosafety and Gene Therapy at WIRB-Copernicus Group. With a doctorate in genetics from The George Washington University and a bachelor's in genetics from the University of California, Davis, Joan has co-founded several companies, led significant clinical development programs in oncology, and contributed to the manufacturing and regulatory processes of various therapeutic agents.
