Carsten R.

Carsten R. currently serves as a Governance Advisor at DNB since October 2025. Prior to this role, Carsten held multiple positions at AKJ Group, including Head of Change Management, COO Infrahub, and Risk Manager from June 2022 to October 2025. Carsten also worked at FCG as a Senior Manager and Manager in GRC Advisory Norway and Capital & Risk Management from February 2017 to May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Risk Control Specialist, Product Owner, and Business Analyst at UBS from August 2012 to January 2017, with a focus on credit risk and trade finance initiatives. Carsten began a career in finance as a Summer Intern at Formuesforvaltning in June 2011. Carsten holds an MA in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, obtained in 2012.
