Fredrik Berger

Fredrik Berger has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as Group EVP Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at DNB since September 2011. In addition to this role, Fredrik has held positions including Head of Corporate Center, Head of CEO Office, and Company Secretary within the Legal Department at DNB. Fredrik's prior experience includes serving as an Attorney and Associate Attorney at Advokatfirmaet Hjort DA from May 2007 to September 2011 and working as a Scientific Assistant at the Nordisk institutt for sjørett, Det juridiske fakultet, UiO from January 2006 to March 2007. Fredrik is also currently a Board Member at Transparency International Norge since May 2023. Academically, Fredrik holds a Cand.jur. degree from the University of Oslo and has completed coursework in Maritime Law at the University of Southampton.
